Room Policies and General Info

General Information

  • A valid photo I.D. and credit card are required at check-in
  • All rooms are non-smoking, smoking is permitted outdoors
  • Room rates are single or double occupancy
  • A 12.5% local room tax shall be added to all room rates
  • Each extra person shall be $30 per night
  • A late check-out may be available based on availability. Charges may apply.
  • VISA, MasterCard & AMEX are accepted
  • Gift Certificates are available at the front desk

Policies

  • Check-In is 2:00pm. Check-Out is 11:00am
  • Two-night minimum stay required at the time of booking, three nights for holidays and special events
  • A valid credit card is required at the time of booking
  • A valid credit card and photo ID are required at check in

Our cancellation policy requires a 7 day notice of cancellation or reduction of stay prior to arrival. If you do not show for the reservation, or if your reservation is not cancelled 7 days prior to your reserved arrival date, a one night fee (the highest priced night of your stay) will be charged. For holidays (such as President’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, New Years) or special events (such as Gay Pride, White Party) we require a 14 day notice of cancellation or reduction of stay prior to arrival. If you do not show for the reservation, or if your reservation is not cancelled 14 days prior to your reserved arrival date, a one night fee (the highest priced night of your stay) will be charged. You must receive a cancellation number for the reservation to be considered cancelled.
